INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES INFO

10. International Shipping, Taxes, and Duties (For Orders Destined to the European Union and elsewhere (Not USA))

10.1 Importer of Record: By placing an order for delivery into the European Union and elsewhere (Not USA, you (the customer) expressly agree to be designated as the "Importer of Record" for the purchased goods.

10.2 Responsibility for Charges: You acknowledge and agree that all import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs clearance fees, and any other governmental taxes or levies imposed by the destination country are your sole responsibility.

10.3 Payment of Charges: These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping fee paid to us. You are required to pay these fees directly to the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD) or the relevant customs authority upon arrival of the goods in your country to secure their release.

10.4 Consequences of Refusal: In the event that you refuse to accept delivery of the parcel, fail to pay the requisite import duties and taxes, or otherwise cause the parcel to be abandoned to or returned to us by the carrier or customs authorities, the following shall apply:
(a) You will not be entitled to a refund of the original product price or any shipping fees paid to us.
(b) Any costs incurred by us for the return of the goods, including but not limited to return shipping fees, administrative fees, and any penalties or storage fees charged by the carrier or customs, will be deducted from any future refund or may be invoiced to you directly.
(c) We reserve the right to withhold any refund until such time as the goods are received back into our inventory in their original condition. If the goods are destroyed by customs or lost in transit on return, no refund will be issued

20. Shipping to the United States of America

20.1 Importer of Record: By placing an order for delivery into the European Union and elsewhere, you (the customer) expressly agree to be designated as the "Importer of Record" for the purchased goods.

20.2 Payment of charges: These fees will be added upon checkout on top of the standard tracked shipping. The customer will not need to pay anymore fees upon entry into the country. The shipping label will be post delivered duty paid.

20.3 Consequences of Refusal: In the event that you refuse to accept delivery of the parcel, fail to pay the requisite import duties and taxes, or otherwise cause the parcel to be abandoned to or returned to us by the carrier or customs authorities, the following shall apply:
(a) You will not be entitled to a refund of the original product price or any shipping fees paid to us.
