The shipping label
The contents inside the package
This video is required as evidence for any claims regarding missing, damaged, or faulty items. Claims submitted without video proof may not be accepted.
Outer boxes and cases are designed to protect the product inside. Minor dents, scratches, discolouration, or small imperfections to the outer packaging are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Due to international transit, the outer plastic wrapping may arrive with small tears or holes. This does not qualify for a refund provided the internal contents are undamaged.
